Done Right The First Time

Cold Norton

5 House development in Essex 

We developed a derelict pub in Cold Norton Essex. The pub was derelict and so we refurbished the pub and sold it to the community allowing us to retain a large car park to build 5 no houses on. This was a win win for the community and us as the village kept the asset of having a pub and we got planning for 5 houses that got sold on the private market Funding Obtained through Lloyds bank. GDV £1.5 million

Dover

9 Town houses on Snargate St

A former hotel site on the coast road in Dover. We built 9 4 bed own houses on a restricted ste that build up against both side boundaries and the highway at the front. Finished and handed over in a 12 period facing the challenges of working in a coast town. Funding by ??? GDV £2.5 million

Woolwich

18 Townhouses in Brookhill close SE18 

18 Townhouses built in a row between two roads with a 6m drop between them. This had the front of the houses at 1st floor level with a basement and entrance on the rear road. Traditional construction with render facade. This was a busy London borough with 2000 residential units being built locally so management of deliveries and subcontractors was the real challenge. Completed in a 14 months contract period.Funding obtained through United trust Bank GDV £12 milllion

Preesall

6 bedroom detached home 

A village centre site consisting of a block of derelict toilets and a St John ambulance training centre. Amended planning was applied for and granted to allow the construction of a 3 storey 6 bed house. A high level of finish was achieved  within a 10 month construction period. Funding obtained though Amicus. GDV £500k
